The NC Well Water Working Group is a group of researchers, non-profits, and community groups who are working on issues associated with well water in North Carolina, including water monitoring & testing, disparities analyses, and community support. We seek to foster communication and collaboration between groups and disciplines, as improving well water quality in North Carolina requires coordination in many areas–from public health to government, law, planning, and geography. We hold round table events quarterly to encourage collaboration. This is a new group and we are open to suggestions. Please contact Arbor Quist (arbor@email.unc.edu) or Mike Fliss (mike.dolan.fliss@gmail.com) or Maria Savasta-Kennedy (mskenned@email.unc.edu) with suggestions for the website, resources, future meetings, or anything else.
